This policy explains how EazyStep Bath handles information submitted through eazystepbath.com, by telephone, and through future service-request forms.
Information we may collect
We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, service address or city, project description, appointment information, and photographs you choose to provide. Website analytics providers may collect device, browser, referral, and usage information.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate service-area availability, schedule work, communicate about an installation, maintain business records, improve the website, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Photographs
Project photographs are used to evaluate or document requested work. A photograph is not automatically approved for marketing or publication. Separate permission is required before EazyStep Bath uses a customer photograph publicly.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, forms, analytics, communications, payment processing, or business administration. EazyStep Bath does not sell customer contact information.
Text messaging
